Products: E-Gifts-Etc.com features gift items, gift baskets arrangements for all occasions from right here at home and from around the world. All products featured on E-Gifts-Etc.com are of the highest quality.

Secure Ordering: All orders taken by E-Gifts-Etc.com are handled by our state of the art secured ordering system. We use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) with 128 bit encryption state of the art system that insures that your credit card or check information is very secure, as secure as the latest technology will allow. You can order with confidence knowing that your information is as protected as purchasing from a regular department store, or even more protected.

Credit Card Policies: Orders are not accepted unless complete information is provided (including full address and phone number as required on the form). We will not process orders unless the charges are cleared. If the charges do not clear you’ll be informed by e-mail.

To Process your order: • The name and phone number of the bank that issued the credit card ( on the back of the card ) • The exact name on credit card • Last 4 digits of your Credit Card & the Card Verification # ( on the back of the card ) this is a 3 digit number • The exact billing address • Your billing home phone number

Shipping: A $2.50 handling service charge is applied for orders under $40.00. This charge is NOT for shipping, but helps defray the cost of packing and handling small orders. Shipping costs must still be added to your order

Returns or Refusals: A 20% Restocking Fee and ALL Shipping & Handling Costs will be billed to the purchaser for non damaged returns and or refusals. What if I receive my product and it is damaged? E-Gifts-Etc has a 30-day warranty on all of our items. If you receive your product and it is damaged please email us a picture of the damaged product. We will then issue you a RAN (Return Authorization number) and send a replacement item out to you at NO COST TO YOU. How long before I receive my order? E-Gifts-Etc processes and ships all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (M-F 10a to 5p EST). You’ll be notified immediately if any items on your list are back ordered. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except PO Boxes, (estimated time for delivery is 6 to 12 Business Days). PO Box shipping addresses ship via USPS First Class Ground. Arrival time ~ 7 to 14 Business Days.

Fine jewelry shipping policy: Fine jewelry orders are handled differently than regular merchandise and can take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped.

Privacy Policies: E-Gifts-Etc.com adheres to a very strict Privacy Policy. All our Customers’ information are handled with extreme confidentiality. Any information collected is viewed and used by a few select and highly professional processing agents for the sole purpose of completing the transaction with E-Gifts-Etc. None of our customer’s information is ever sold or revealed to any other companies or organizations.
